Party Times and Booking Details
We currently offer private parties only, It includes access to the entire facility for the duration you select for you and your guests.
Suggested dining time for 2-hour parties is at the beginning of the 2nd hour.
We strongly encourage adhering to the suggested party dining times to help keep your party timely and for the most enjoyable experience for you and your guests. This is a non-hosted party. The booking host is responsible for their own room set-up, breakdown, and clean-up. However, an attendant will be assigned to assist with guest check-in and requests as needed.
Booking host will be allowed access to the party room 30 minutes prior to their party time for decorating and set up.

The birthday child is included in your guest total. Children under 12 months are free and will not count towards your total guest count. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is to reserve your party, and it's applied towards the party's total price.
The party deposit is refundable or transferable to another date only IF notification for cancellation or rescheduling is made to the Party Manager at least (3) weeks prior to your booked party date.
PARTY TIMES AND BOOKING DETAILS
An additional $75 will be charged for an excessive dirty fee if the room is left completely solid or if there are any damages to walls or furnishings (this determination is at the sole discretion of Rising Stars Kids Gym). A late fee of $50 will be charged if the guests stay past the party's end time by more than a 15-minute grace period.
The party manager will contact you the week of your booked date to confirm all the details of your party, including the final guest count and any add-on services. The final guest count, any add-on orders, extra playtime add-ons, or party package changes are due no less than 5 days prior to the party date, and your final invoice will reflect this total. Any guests over 48 guests can be turned away.
Outside food and drinks (no alcohol) are permitted at no additional fee, but not allowed in the play areas.
Payment of the final balance is due the day of your party upon arrival.
An account has to be created by an adult over the age of 18 and a waiver for each child under the age of 18 years old MUST be signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to party start time. No exceptions.
The party host is responsible for all guests following all playground rules, safety regulations, and proper use of equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with and comply with all playground and safety regulations and sock policy which applies to everyone, including adults and that every person completes a waiver. Rising Stars Kids Gym reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises that refuse to comply.

SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS
ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK allowed on play structures or the main floor playground area. Food consumption is limited to the party lounge only.
No Piñatas, No confetti, No open flames/candles, No glassware or breakables, No hanging anything from the ceiling, and No tacks, staples, or punctures are allowed on walls for hanging any decor. Any goodie bags and balloons MUST be handed out at departure Only. Not before.

Choice of Two 2L Soda/Lemonade
Our party packages include 2 XL pizzas. Each pizza has 12 slices. It’s recommended to place a pizza order at least a day ahead. Same-day orders are not guaranteed to arrive on time. No additional charge for decorations or to bring your own food. We don’t provide delivery for the food you bring. No open flames are allowed. No food, candy, or cake is allowed in the play areas. Our party packages include providing tables, chairs, solid color plates, cups and table clothes and clean up.
Balloon Decorations can be added on for a fee. Decoration orders and other add-ons are subject to availability and must be specified on the party order.
